Duties and Fees:

USA:
We changed our system in 2026 to DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to adjust to the latest tariff changes. US customers will not be charged additional duty and import taxes upon delivery.

UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan:
Currently, shipping does not include duties and import fees. Duties and import taxes may be charged by your country upon delivery. We currently ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) for listed countries and regions.

At o-ii studio we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. We aim to process all orders within 24-48 hours (unless specified). If we are experiencing higher than normal volume we will reach out to let you know of the delay.

We are currently shipping to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, EU, South Korea, and Japan.
